Howcast produced a quick video for the masses on how to circumvent censorship. We were technical consultants for this video. It's tough to talk about Tor, when the first question you're trying to answer is "What is a proxy? And why do I care?"
Howcast did a great job for a high-level overview of circumvention technologies in four minutes.

The measures applied redirect traffic for a significant portion of the UK's Internet population through six servers which can log and filter the content that is available to the end user. A serious side-effect of this is the inability of administrators on Wikipedia to block vandals and other troublemakers without potentially impacting hundreds of thousands of innocent contributors.
