Visual consistency never happens overnight. We have been implementing the guidelines across platforms, and there are still many big changes to come (a redesign of our website is underway).
Today, we made several new stable Tor releases. Together, they fix an issue in directory authorities, and backport a feature to improve relays' resistance of denial-of-service attacks. In addition, the 0.3.2.10 release fixes a security bug affecting relays running earlier 0.3.2.x versions.
In addition to today's stable releases, there's a new alpha release available for download. If you build Tor from source, you can download the source code for 0.3.3.3-alpha from the usual place on the website. Packages for relays should be available over the coming days.
Remember, this is an alpha release: you should only run this if you'd like to find and report more bugs than usual.
We’ve got projects covering almost every part of Tor, from creating a Tor client in Python to stripping metadata from file uploads in Tor Browser. If none of our projects jump out at you -- get in touch with us and propose your own! If your project idea is accepted, we’ll mentor you and help bring it to life.

Tor is a labor of love built by a small group of committed individuals such as Meejah who runs Tor command-line tools, helps people integrate Tor into their code, and scans the Tor network for bad relays.
